The delivery process may take 2-5 days, depending on the weight, origin, and the destination of your shipment.

You can move any sort of product through TRAX, except for these:

  • Currency, Jewellery, Bullion, Antiques, Liquor, Stamps, Precious Metals, Precious Stones, Works of Art, Fire Arms, Plants, Drugs, Explosives, Animals, Perishable goods and items, Negotiable Instruments in bearer form, Lewd Objects, Obscene and Pornographic Material, Industrial Carbons and Diamonds, hazardous or combustible materials, and all other items/articles restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and any item whose distribution is regulated by law or by any statute of the Provincial or Federal Government.
  • TRAX will have full legal authority to act against the customer in case any such item is found in any shipments.

Yes, you can send your parcels anywhere in the world via TRAX. We’re offering door-to-door service in 232 destinations across the globe. And we are currently providing express service. (By air).

Yes, you can book any of your parcels by visiting one of our booking centers. You can also book COD shipments by visiting one of our booking centers. Just take your parcel with you along with an unsigned empty cheque (not blank) and you’re good to go.

Replacement Trax Logistics provides you the value-added service of replacement through which you can exchange products with your consignees at their doorsteps, Reverse Pickups You can recall orders from your consignees and receive them at your doorsteps TrynBuy You can let the customers try the product on while the rider waits for them at the doorstep. Delivery or Return Intercept You can dispatch an order of the same product from the current location rather than recalling it to your address and dispatching again, Vendor Pickups Optimized for marketplaces to arrange timely pickups from their vendors using the dropship model.
